Where we ship
We ship within the United States only, including Puerto Rico, the U.S. Virgin Islands, Guam, and APO/FPO addresses. We do not ship internationally at this time.
Rates
Shipping is calculated at checkout from the delivery address and the total shipping weight of the order.

Local pickup at our College Point counter is free on every order.
Free shipping is calculated on the order total before tax and applies to deliveries in New York, New Jersey and Connecticut. Everywhere else, the rate is set by the combined shipping weight of the items in your cart, shown at checkout before you pay. The heaviest bands are freight rates: if your order falls into one, we will contact you before dispatch to confirm the arrangements, and if the actual freight cost comes in lower we will refund you the difference.
Order processing
Orders are normally picked, packed and shipped within one business day. Orders placed on a Sunday or a public holiday are processed on the next business day.
You will receive a shipping confirmation with tracking as soon as the order leaves us.
Local pickup
Pickup is free from 22-12 129th St, College Point, NY 11356, Monday to Saturday, 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM.
Please wait for the email confirming your order is ready before you come by — we send it as soon as the order is picked and packed, usually the same day. Bring your order confirmation with you.
Orders are held at the counter for seven days. If you have not collected by then we will contact you before returning the goods to stock and refunding the order.
Transit times
Delivery estimates shown at checkout are provided by the carrier and are estimates, not guarantees. Once a package is in the carrier's hands, its progress is outside our control. We do not refund shipping charges for carrier delays, severe weather, or other disruptions to the carrier's network.
Addresses and failed deliveries
Please check your shipping address carefully, particularly the unit or suite number on a commercial address. We ship to the address given at checkout.
If a package is returned to us because the address was incorrect, incomplete, or the delivery was refused, we will refund the goods once they are back with us, less the original shipping cost. Re-shipping to a corrected address is charged at the normal rate.
Bulk and case quantities
Large orders may ship in several boxes and may arrive on different days. Where an order is too large or heavy for parcel carriage, checkout will charge the freight band shown in § 2 and we will contact you before dispatch to confirm the arrangements. If the actual freight cost is lower than the band charged, we refund you the difference; if it is materially higher, we will tell you and give you the choice of paying the difference or cancelling for a full refund. We will never charge you more than you agreed to at checkout without asking first.
For pricing on large or repeat orders, use the wholesale pricing request form rather than ordering at list price.
